Blogging with Confidence in BizStackPro – My Step-by-Step Experience

I’m Judy Gunn, and I’m so excited to share something that had me buzzing this past week — how to create and manage your own blog using BizStackPro’s impressive built-in blogging feature!

If you're like me, you might have felt a little overwhelmed when you first peeked into the blog area. I’ll admit — it was a bit of a puzzle! But once I figured out how it all worked, it became such a powerful tool, and I just knew I had to share it with you. 💕

🌟 Why Blogging in BizStackPro is a Game Changer

BizStackPro isn’t just a marketing platform — it’s a complete digital workspace. And tucked away in the “Sites” section is the Blog Feature — a simple, streamlined way to:

• Create multiple blogs

• Use a pre-set blog template for perfect formatting

• Add text, images, and videos with ease

• Keep your brand consistent post after post

✨ I currently have two blogs running:
– Affiliate Marketing for Seniors
– Forex Trading for Beginners

And I love how easy it is to stay organised!

🛠️ Getting Started – My Easy Walk-through

When I first began, I didn’t realize I could reuse the blog template. I thought each blog had to start from scratch. 😅 But after a bit of clicking around, I discovered the Version History and the magic of duplicating my original template post.

Here’s what worked for me:

1. Go to Sites > Blogs in your BizStackPro back office

2. Open the first blog you created — it should be the one with the full layout and structure

3. Click the three dots in the top corner and select Version History

4. Find the first version that includes the template format

5. Save it and rename it something like:
   ✅ Blog Template – Do Not Remove

6. Each time you want to create a new blog, just duplicate this template post, rename it, and paste in your fresh content!

💡 Judy’s Pro Tip: Label and Save Your Master Copy

Save your template with a clear title, like:
📌 Blog Template – Do Not Remove
This way, you’ll always know where to start — and avoid the formatting frustration.
